Women in their forties should start going in for annual health check up. Women at this age onwards tend to require additional supplement of calcium to keep their bones intact and avoid osteoporosis from striking them.

Post 40s women begin their journey into menopausal period that can stretch anywhere from a few months to a few years. This period is fraught with a lot of emotional stress, anxiety and hormonal changes in the body that affect the mind too.
